On September 22, 2023, RayVal(Suzhou) Technology successfully held a grand 20th anniversary celebration and appreciation dinner for the company's management and chairman. This dinner is to thank all the customers, partners, employees and investors who have supported, trusted and helped us over the past 20 years.

The scene atmosphere of the dinner was peaceful and grand, and the warm colors of the light played on the background wall of the "20th Anniversary New Weather and Start Again", and the whole scene was permeated with joy and gratitude. Mr. Ni, Chairman of the company, other leaders of the Group, the management of  RayVal(Shenzhen) Technology, a subsidiary of the Group, and all the management of RayVal(Suzhou) Technology attended this appreciation dinner to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of RayVal(Suzhou)Technology.

At the dinner, Mr. Wang Yafei, our general manager, first delivered a touching speech. He looked back at the company's history and told how Lever has grown from a small company over the past 20 years to become the leader in the domestic EMS industry today. He thanked all customers, suppliers and employees who have supported the company for 20 years, as well as investors and Chairman General Ni who have always trusted and supported us, and their contributions and support have helped our company achieve today's achievements. The General Manager also looked into the future of the company and shared our plans and goals for the future.

Next, our investor and chairman Mr. Ni delivered an important speech, he analyzed the reasons for RayVal's success and setbacks in the past 20 years, as well as the two core elements that Lihua needs to have for sustainable development, namely strategic direction and internal management, he stressed that Lihua is in the EMS industry plate is big enough. With the current scale of Lihua, annual growth of 20%-30% is completely acceptable. We encourage the company's management team to continue to optimize the internal management mechanism, business process and talent training mechanism, and constantly break through the bottleneck, so as to make greater contributions to the development of Lihua.

The entire dinner included cake cutting and champagne popping as management and guests toasted the company's 20th anniversary. Everyone spent the unforgettable evening with joy and affection.

On this special day, we look back on the past and look forward to the future. We are incredibly proud and grateful for the tortuous path our company has traveled over the past 20 years. At the same time, we are also full of confidence and expectations, because we believe that the future will be more brilliant under the leadership of Mr. Ni and Mr. Wang.
